BOURBON OLD FASHIONED
The Old Fashioned is a traditionalist’s cocktail crafted with signature bourbon, a touch of Demerara syrup, and Angostura® bitters.
2 parts Bourbon Whiskey
2 teaspoons Demerara syrup* (can be replaced with simple syrup)
3 dashes Angostura® bitters
Orange peel
*Demerara Syrup: 2 parts Demerara or Turbinado sugar and 1 part water
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the top of the drink and placing the peel in the glass.
THE Seven and Seven
1.5 oz. Blended Whiskey
5 oz. 7UP®
Slice of lime
- Add Whiskey and 7UP® soda to a highball glass with ice
- Stir well
- Garnish with lime slice
Seven Honey Lemonade
1.5 oz. Dark Honey Whiskey
3 oz. lemonade
Club soda
- Add Honey Whiskey and lemonade to a highball glass with ice
- Stir well
- Top with club soda
- H. Boulevardier
1 part Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 part Aperol® Aperitif
3/4 part Dolin® Rouge Sweet Vermouth
Orange peel
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until cold.
- Strain liquid into a glass and serve up or with a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
Bourbon Manhattan
2 parts Bourbon Whiskey
1 part sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Amarena or Luxardo cherry
- Combine ingredients over ice in a mixing glass.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass neat or on the rocks.
- Garnish with a cherry.
