Executive Chef Everton Clarke will be presenting a tasting menu of regionally sourced cuisine to accompany wines selected by Certified Sommelier Greg B. Carlstrom. Greg will provide education on the Cedar + Stone, Urban Table’s wine program and provide an insiders guide food and wine pairing. As a fun twist, each course will feature two wine pairings, one traditional and the other a fun alternate pairing.
