An amaro is a traditional Italian liqueur made with lots of herbs and spices that was meant for an after dinner digestive cocktail. Now there are so many liqueurs made in this style and they are incredibly popular in the new trend of low proof cocktails. You’ll get to learn all about the history while tasting a few on their own and as cocktails.
