Zipps @ Esker Grove: Cocktail Classics

Join us on the patio (weather permitting) at Esker Grove at the Walker for contemporary cocktailing. Learn from one of our favorite bartenders, Jon Olson, on how to build a balanced beverage. You’ll get to learn all about ingredients, the techniques, and all the essential building blocks for cocktailing. Then in small groups, design your very own “Contemporary” cocktail which will be mixed by Esker Grove’s bartenders to your specifications and paired alongside it’s “Traditional” counterpart. You’ll get to sample each team’s cocktails and vote on which team came up with the most balanced and delicious tipple and the winning team will get a prize! From an Airmail to a Zaza cocktail learn tried and true techniques to drink at home like a bartender.
