Fuso21: Flora – Prosecco
Area: Prosecco D.O.C.G. Veneto, Italy
Grape: 100% Glera
Soil: Limestone and clay.
Misc: Organic, Stainless Steel Fermentation.
Flora is the Prosecco made by the family winery Col di Luna, in the pre-Dolomites of Vittorio Veneto. This a Brut Nature Prosecco, bone-dry, mountain flowers and honeysuckle mixed with wild tart apples. The crown cap closure is the best there is to keep the wine fresh and fizzy; it’s actually more ideal than the classic cage and cork!
Pairing: Use as an aperitif before your meal or serve with salad or a simple charcuterie plate.
Soter: Planet Oregon – Pinot Noir
Area: Willamette Valley, Oregon, U.S.A.
Part of the Soter Vineyards portfolio, Planet Oregon offers sustainably farmed wines, with a portion of the profits benefitting the Oregon Environmental Council. Classic Pinot Noir aromas of Bing cherry, ripe cranberry and a hint of cinnamon spice. Sappy, yet elegant on the palate, with fresh red fruits dominating a clean, mineral-driven finish.
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir
Soil: Clay
Misc: Certified Sustainable, Salmon-Safe, French Oak Aged
Pairing: Serve with the main course protein – Salmon, Pork Tenderloin or Petite Filet
La Miraja – Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato
Area: Monferrato D.O.C.G. Piedmont, Italy
Soft tannins balanced by moderate acidity. Black pepper and floral notes on the nose. Wild berries on the palate.
Grape: 100% Ruché
Soil: tuffaceous
Misc: Production of Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato is extremely limited, and only recently has this wine become available outside its production area. Planted in 1972, Maioli—one of the Gatti family’s holdings—is the oldest vineyard of Ruché in existence.
Pairing: Serve with a Classic red sauce pasta, Vegetarian dishes, Flatbread style pizza

semi-sweet skin-fermented white wine, medium-bodied, balanced on a taut wire of acidity. Orange blossom and orange peel note with oxidative nuttiness on the tail end and some natural funkiness.
