Tattersall Rum:
Distilled in NE Minneapolis from blackstrap molasses, then aged in used Four Roses bourbon barrels for 9 months. We handpicked the rum from 12 different barrels. It has a radiant golden brown hue, rich notes of caramel, ripe bananas, vanilla, and earthy molasses. We bottled it at 100 proof for a perfect balance of drink-ability and mix-ability.
Tattersall Rye:
100% Minnesota rye, aged 2 years in Minnesota Oak, 100 proof. It has notes of butterscotch, caramel, and hay with a thick mouthfeel and full flavor.
1792 Full Proof:
Distilled on December 19th, 2011 and Rumored to be around 75% corn, 15% rye, 10% malted barley. Initially, it is bold and spicy with a big warm hug. Lots of black pepper and cinnamon. Add a little bit of water and you’ll see a beautiful coffee berry, cherry, and chocolate bourbon flow and grow on your palate with a savory and earthy finish. It’s like rich cherry cola but for grown-ups.
Woodford Reserve:
A whole liter of caramel, earthy, cherry, yumminess. It’s hard to not keep drinking this beauty. From the choice of three, we selected what we found to be the most interesting and unique whiskey. It has all the smooth, rich, caramel character that we have grown to love as an everyday drinker, with a blast of nuts, cherry, and earthy spice. It is sure to please every whiskey drinker, old and new!
Elijah Craig:
We picked this barrel at the Heaven Hill Headquarters in Kentucky. We were presented with 3 different barrels. The one we picked was aged 10 years in rickhouse Q, on the 5th floor. It’s bottled at a soft 94 proof with notes of cherry, butterscotch, and toffee. A real joy to drink.
